Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Smart Parlays Galaxy ("we", "us") collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

When you sign up for emails

Your email address.
What you asked for: free cards and news, or first access to founding prices.
When you agreed to get our emails, and which version of the sign-up wording you saw, so we can show your consent.

We only accept sign-ups from people who confirm they are 21 or older. We don't store your IP address with your sign-up.

When you become a member

Payments run on Whop. When you join, Whop shares what we need to run your membership: your name, email address, Whop account ID, plan, and payment and renewal status. We never see your full card number. Members sign in through Whop, so we don't keep passwords. In the members' dashboard we also keep what you do there so the features work, such as cards you save and bet-slip links you create.

To keep memberships to one person each and to stop bulk copying (see "fair use" in the Terms), we also keep:

Sign-ins: for each device you sign in on, a random session code, when you signed in and were last active, the browser and device type (for example "Chrome on Windows"), and the country our hosting provider reports. Not your IP address.
Daily counts: how many data files your account loaded each day, and the last one, and how many bet-slip links your account created each day.
Marking: the cards you see carry your email, and the data files you receive carry a code tied to your account. The code is derived from your account ID and contains nothing else.

When you visit the site

Hosting and security: our site runs on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and block attacks.
Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when it fetches them.
Cookies: our public pages set no cookies of their own, and we use no advertising trackers or analytics. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people from bots. The members' dashboard uses a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in.

How we use it

To send the emails you asked for: free cards, launch news and offers.
To run memberships: access, support, and account and billing messages.
To keep the service safe, prevent abuse and account sharing, and fix problems.
To follow the law and protect our rights.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run Smart Parlays Galaxy for us, and only for that purpose:

Cloudflare: hosting, security and the sign-up database.
Whop: payments and memberships.
An email delivery service, once we start sending emails. It processes your address to send our emails and may report whether they were delivered and opened.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect someone's safety or our rights, or as part of selling or merging the business, in which case the buyer must follow this policy. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising.

How long we keep it

Email sign-ups: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your address and the date you unsubscribed, so we don't email you again.
Member records: while you're a member, then as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Sign-ins and daily counts: 90 days.
Hosting logs: kept briefly by Cloudflare for security.

Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe with the link in any of our emails.
Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of your information by emailing privacy@smartparlaysgalaxy.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other US states), you may have these and other rights. We answer within 45 days, and we may first need to confirm that the request comes from you.
If we turn down a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. We respond to appeals within 60 days.
We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Age

Smart Parlays Galaxy is only for adults 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you think someone under 21 has signed up, email privacy@smartparlaysgalaxy.com and we'll delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards: encrypted connections, sign-in through Whop instead of our own passwords, and access to personal information only for the people who run the service. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us if you notice anything wrong.

Where your information is processed

Our service providers process information in the United States and other countries.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top. We email members and subscribers about important changes before they apply.
